• Account Receivables (AR) , where every transactions will be monitored.Main sub-section called Collection where Backend Application AR Jobs and AR daemons are run and the reports from UNIX server can be compared with values generated from each job run record in SQL server.
• Here the primary product will be cellular and Customer Service Management (CSM) is the Frontend Application .
• Applications known : Maestro , CRM ,V21 CSM,Account receivables.
• MAESTRO : Wireless, Cable TV, Internet. Ignite customers are supported from MAESTRO and legacy customers are handled through SS SGI application .
• Checked configuration files and logs to uncover root causes of problems.
• Experienced in ordering , provisioning , fulfillment and billing for the wireline customers from ROGERS.
• Majorly contributed towards the BUSINESS critical and IT critical projects from wireless and wireline portfolio.
