Assisting physicians with invasive procedures at the ward like central line insertion, catheter for hemodialysis, bone marrow aspiration.
Attending in-service education.
Educate patients and family members and provide support to them.
Maintain good interpersonal relationship with patient and the other co-workers.
Assist with admissions and transfer of patients.
Administration of medication as per doctor's order.
Updating patients chart.
Maintaining reports and records of the patient as per hospital protocol.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for critically ill patients.
Monitor and interpret patient data, including vital signs, lab results, and medical history.

Provide advanced life support, including CPR, defibrillation, and ventilator management.
Manage invasive lines, tubes, and drains (e.g., central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes).
Monitor and manage patient's hemodynamic status, including blood pressure, cardiac output, and oxygenation.
Provide respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
Manage pain, sedation, and agitation using established protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
