- In my last role as a cannabis sales associate/budtender, I focused on providing a welcoming, judgment-free experience for every customer. I assisted customers with selecting products based on their preferences, tolerance, and desired effects, while staying compliant with all regulations and ID requirements. I maintained strong product knowledge across flowers, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and concentrates, and kept up with new product launches and strain profiles. I also handled POS transactions, restocking, inventory counts, and kept the sales floor organized. This role strengthened my customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to educate customers, while prioritizing safety and compliance.
