As a licensed catastrophic event property adjuster, I traveled to many places and was responsible for documenting and quantifying property damages created by hail, wind, floods, tornados and wildfires. My customer service skills and attention to detail were key in my successes.
I grew up working in great New Orleans' restaurants, both in the kitchen and front of the house. My love of hospitality led me to own an operate four fine dining restaurants over the years. I retired from the business in 2008.
