Taking care of samples at each and every stage individually and coordinating with the master and buying a house in case of technical queries.
To get approval on each and everything required for the garment from fabric and accessories, coordinating with the buying house, along with the fit approvals, which includes approval on size set, pre-production sample and lastly TOP samples, taking care of stitching details, trims and wash required, meeting all requisite of tech-pack and giving final proceeding for production.
To get fabric & accessories tested and make sure that the same are as per specified standard to avoid any discrepancy or failure in bulk production.
To make production files for styles and issue the same in the pre-production meeting to respective departments prior to the style is put into bulk production.
