This was a live project in which we developed performance evaluation strategy for the client. The project entailed incorporation of different HR concepts taught during the program such as Checklist Method, 360-degree feedback etc. Moreover, we also developed questionnaires and surveys and devised implementation strategies that would help the client in improving their performance evaluation strategy. We also studied about Labour Law and its boundaries to understand better functioning of the client organization and suggest better alternatives. Overall, the project has been very enriching for me and gave me a real-world HR experience. It gave me a chance to think and act like an HR professional and has boosted my confidence as I embark on my career as an HR professional. On completion, the proposal was accepted by the client and was declared to be very useful in implementing a new performance evaluation strategy.
