Rigged up / down mud tanks, pumps, tank farms, and all other related equipment as needed

Mixed and maintained mud system as per mud engineers instructions, recorded fluid properties at regular intervals

Maintained mud pumps; changed liners and pistons prior to drilling each section of well. Inspected fluid end components and replaced as needed. Monitored pre-charge pressures, oil levels and pressures on pumps constantly and rectified any issues

Fluid transfers as required for well displacement

Cleaned solids and fluid from tanks when required for move or for different mud system

Maintained tanks and related equipment. Performed preventative maintenance at best suited time. From changing mission pumps, packings, butterfly valves, skimmer cables and seals, bridge gate suction seals and adjustments, gorman rump pump maintenance, shaker screens patching and replaced if needed, regularly greased components as per maintenance schedule

Performed daily housekeeping on tanks, mixing shacks, pumps, etc to keep work area tidy

Operated front end loader to mix off drill cuttings, tank bottoms, , move mud product, tools and equipment, etc

Rigged up , out rig as needed

Monitored and maintained electrical system

Maintained boiler and steam system

Monitored pressured on hydraulic system and engines and repaired minor deficiencies and logged temps, oil pressures, hours run etc. Fluid and filter changes as required by maintenance schedule

Assisted driller and floorhands with operations on floor, cellar, and around lease as required

Tally pipe, casing. etc and insure proper order and pipe count accurate

Align valves on manifold, BOP and other well control related equipment and inspected and functioned tourly
