· Providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner.

· Assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.

· Contributes to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

· Processing and stocking all fashion merchandise.

· Merchandising non-modular fashion items.

· Replenishing and merchandising seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.

· Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, and monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.

· Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.

· Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.

· Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

· Secure all exists, doors and windows.
