1. Obtaining
and providing pricing quotes and availability from suppliers,
coordinating with our customers, and placing orders as needed.
2. Scheduled truck drivers, delivery vehicles, and ideal delivery
windows and timeframes as necessary.
3. Accepted consumer and business client phone calls and
emails to coordinate delivery schedules and logistics.
4. Generate bills of lading, freight invoices, and delivery receipts,
while maintaining records of all transactions and deliveries.
5. Update customer service software, to maintain work orders and
customer database.
6. Data entry for transaction creation (receiving/shipping).
7. Handle city dispatch, payroll system, load- link, boarder
clearance.
8. Knowledge of Avaal, Accounts receivable/payables.
9. Regular Follow-up with the operations department to ensure
that all relevant documents are accurate (products received and
products shipped).
