Mike Hess is the first and only place I have ever been employed. I started when I was 16 and became a dishwasher. I got along with my coworkers extremely well and was also very useful in many aspects. I found myself quickly making food prep and helping servers with their jobs. After a year of my employment, I was given a raise as a reward for my hard work and dedication. When I turned 18 my boss immediately wanted me to be a server for my great communication skills and work ethic. As I am currently employed here I love being an employee at Mike Hess Brewery. I am so grateful for being given the opportunity to work here.
