Implemented a full H & S Program and policy for CDI
Launched the program in January 2010 company wide (approx 65 staff at that time) worked hard to secure COR Certificate of Recognition and achieved it by November that year...! for the company including Calgary location.
During that and following years got everyone thru some training and all essential certificates like first aid, forklift, prime contractor, etc. and a full program of Hazard assessments, and Safety meetings.
Had a dual role of in marketing and sales building up one division of the business in Trailer Parts Sales and then building up a second new division in shelving and racking taking care of all sales and customer service.
Worked in Construction in all areas especially Bricklaying, Stone and block work, etc. on many projects as a sub contractor and as my own contracts.
