1. Examine illustrative drawings, layouts, and blueprints to ascertain work operations.
2. Use tools to install, align, and disassemble stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, in accordance with layout designs using hand and power tools.
3. Examine and inspect machinery and equipment to look for any anomalies and malfunctions.
4. Install, diagnose, and maintain machines’ vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
5. Adjust equipment, fix broken pieces, or replace them.
6. Perform machinery maintenance, overhauls, or setups using tools.
7. Clean, lubricate, and carry out additional standard maintenance.
8. Use hand and power tools to assemble machinery and various parts before installation.
9. Direct other designated workers to construct foundations for the machinery.
· Prepare dough for pitas and pizza base according to the recipes or special customer orders
· Bake mixed dough and batters per production schedule
· Follow set protocols to inspect and run machine equipment while mixing, baking and packing
· Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s), good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) and health and safety guidelines all the time during manufacturing
