Educator Assistant
Role& responsibility:
Child Care and Supervision: Provide attentive care and supervision to children throughout the day. Ensuring their safety and well-being.
Curriculum Implementation: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs that stimulate and support children's development.
Behavior Management: Foster positive behavior through effective communication, redirection, and Positive reinforcement techniques.
Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities.
Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of children's progress, routines, and any incidents that occur during the day.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff members to create a supportive and nurturing environment for children.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education behavioral issues and actualized
plans to remove obstacles to success.
