  • Review monthly rent rolls and process one-time/non-recurring invoices as required.
  • Complete desk-audits of annual reconciliations of additional rent expenses, ensuring alignment to lease terms.
  • Create and generate reports in Tririga (i.e. quarterly reports, schedule 16 reports, portfolio metrics).
  • Establish new processes or recommend enhancements to existing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Review and track critical dates (i.e. lease expirations, option dates, TIA, landlord work).

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

  • Work with 3rd party brokers and landlords on new leases, renewals, licenses, easements and dispositions.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners (i.e. legal, construction) to ensure negotiations/agreements reflect operational requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying problem areas in leases and providing information and recommendations in order to mitigate costs to the business (i.e. management fees, caps on operating costs).
