The training is about the importance of confidentiality, the act of guiding confidentiality and how to write reports like daily records, skin inspection, medication chart effectively. It also trained on how to use the communication log book for communication with the service user family and other health professionals.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

The primary skills taught in the BLS course include basic mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and CPR. CPR stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and involves chest compressions to help blood circulation. Training will include CPR for infants, children, and adults as different procedures must be taken for each group.

This RIDDOR course covers everything that has to be reported relating to injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences. I gained the knowledge of employee responsibilities surrounding RIDDOR as well as covering when a RIDDOR report should be made, who should make the report and how to keep records of reports.
