OSIC 2023, University of Ottawa. First Place

  • Alongside a partner, we were awarded first place in a research case competition under the theme of endocrine disorders. Our research presented a novel method of treating Type II Diabetes by increasing synthesis of atrial natriuretic peptides by increasing it's half-life, and using miRNA antagomirs to increase it's translation.
