I am a rising fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, where I am studying Global Affairs and Psychology. I am highly passionate about how Western psychotherapy and Eastern mindfulness can improve well-being in today's world and am curious about the diverse ways in which one can be of service in such disciplines.
During my internship with the Indian Member of Parliament, Sri. Niranjan Reddy, I had attended and observed the Rajya Sabha proceedings in the Parliament. I was also engaged in preparing research briefs on digital health initiatives for the youth in India, technology-policy, and climate change.
During my Internship with Prudential, I created a presentation highlighting basic and crucial aspects of well-being in the workspace, and how one can incorporate mindfulness to allow for work/life harmony.
During my internship with tRetail Labs, I used Google AI Bard to track and register all the outlets in airports in Asia, North America, and Australia to help build a database for the transport of luxury goods in airports around the world. I developed strong organizational and time management skills by completing multiple tasks simultaneously and gained practical experience with relevant software and technology, mainly Google AI BARD. I also participated in client meetings and team discussions and offered feedback, and compiled statistical data using Excel spreadsheets for analysis purposes.
I organized a food drive fundraiser for an emergency shelter organization for migrant workers in Hong Kong.
