• Conducted site survey and provided feasibility report for various projects prior to the design stage.
• Performed electrical load calculation & short circuit study and selected suitable electrical distribution equipment.
• Developed the interior and site lighting layout to comply with client and City standards. Coordinated with the vendor and client to select suitable lighting fixtures.
• Developed electrical/mechanical drawings using AutoCAD / Revit for office, retail, restaurant, and government retrofit projects across Canada.
• Reviewed / responded shop drawings, additional quote and RFI proposed by contractors.
• Communicated with architect / engineer and client to resolve any problems encountered during project.
• Issued site instructions/ change notices & Addendums.
• Performed inspection on rough-in and completed installations to observe operations and verify conformance to design and equipment specifications.
• Took on responsibility to guide new Co-op student to adapt electrical design & company standards.

• Created 2D/3D Revit Models for collaboration with electrical raceways, conduit layouts, lighting fixtures & controls, cable trays, and distribution equipment.
• Provided clash detection for weekly's Webex coordination meeting(Navisworks manage)
• Provided detailed construction documents & markups for contractors.
• Developed AutoCAD drawings for contractors.
• Performed file conversion for different versions of Autodesk software.
