• Prepared piping material take-offs (MTOs) and bills of quantities (BOQs) for piping components, valves, expansion joints, strainers, and other specialty items.
• Coordinated with vendors; reviewed and approved piping-related documents including valve GA drawings, data sheets, and support designs.
• Provided site and construction support by issuing technical clarifications and resolving site queries (RFIs).
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation) to ensure proper integration of piping systems within overall plant design, considering all discipline constraints.

• Performed piping stress analysis under seismic, wind, and thermal conditions using CAESAR II in compliance with ASME B31.3.
• Conducted detailed stress analysis for critical lines connected to centrifugal pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, air coolers, tanks, and towers.
• Analyzed flare systems and PSV lines for flexibility and code compliance.
• Evaluated piping systems under steam-out, shutdown, and regeneration operating conditions.
