Skilled CNC Operator and Programmer by trade with over five years of experience operating various machines, and two years of programming experience. I have always worked in the manufacturing and production industries. I want to further develop my technical skills and knowledge in CNC machining with the goal of obtaining my Red Seal. The best part about the trade for me is continuously learning, and doing something new everyday. I’m eager to learn new programming software, technologies, and machining methods. My background as a Process Improvement Lead, combined with my Yellow Belt certification, has given me a strong foundation in precision, efficiency, problem solving, and continuous improvement. I apply these skills daily while machining and programming by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and production time, improve safety and workflow, and increase efficiency and profitability. It also allows me to maintain high standards of precision and accuracy while meeting production deadlines and standards.
