  • Managing and monitoring Knox, DEP, MDM servers and New Intune server admin center.
  • Managing and Monitoring device compliance status on Knox as well as on DEP Apple servers.
  • Responsible for managing IT Mobility team.
  • Assigning tasks and communicating the change management to peers.
  • Handling Migrating user projects from Workspace one to Intune.
  • Coordinating with Vendors for IOS, Android device to be ordered have them available for deployment.
  • Attending weekly meetings to review weekly reports extracted regards issues reported and upcoming changes.
  • Reviewing and updating documentation and policies for end-user use and for the nationwide tech support team.
  • Handel all the company executive's Mobile devices in term of deployment, hardware upgrade and other requests/inquires.
  • When staffing levels are low, I assist end users with any inquiries that my juniors can resolve.
