Send Secure Gmail Plugin

• Chrome extension to create Gmail plugin for sending secure email using IBE algorithm of SecureMail server

• Backend server created in Python and Nodejs for Authentication and authorization layer used O-Auth flow for Gtoken used in various email operations

• Python Microservices written for all internal modules and then containerized them to run in their respective container Pod

• Used Kubernetes used for containers orchestration and production deployment done on AWS
• Log collection and report generation done using ELK to generate different graphs on Kibana Dashboard

• Being Gmail one of main email client, customer base was increased by 40% which resulted in increased revenue
• Major customers like HSBC & Well Fargo could be retained with the product which saved revenue loss of around 15%.

SecureMail Server Cloud

Deliverables & Responsibilities :

• Created SaaS Offering of product where customers will be able to pay on a subscription-based model
• Worked as Technical architect, developer and leading Dev, Performance and Vulnerability teams
• Architecture design done for prospective SaaS offerings, expected consumption patterns, scale, competitive offerings and revenue model
• Developed Subscription module from scratch with Python/Django and Nodejs which works on User based licensing model
• Design and developed Reseller and Affiliate model with Python/Django and Javascript to add additional tier and grow business revenue
• Used Cloud Assessment tool for assessing and identifying cloud suitability
• TDD Development done for Individual modules for Front end, Back end, Cryptography, Reporting, API

Office 365 Azure AD Integration

Deliverables & Responsibilities :

• Added Office 365 OAuth2.0 in authentication stack of product.
• Architecture design done for ROPC based authentication with Azure AD users/groups and Office 365 oAuth integration with our server
• Worked as Full Stack developer in Python and Nodejs for Microsoft Graph API for Azure AD users and group permission

Achievements :

• Seamless interation with OAuth 2.0 reduced authentication time and improved page performance by 24%
• Office 365 support reduced IT team issues SLA target by 70%

Application Porting and CI/CD creation

Deliverables & Responsibilities :

• Jenkins jobs created to automate the complete flow from build trigger to test suite execution
• Automated the build, deploy and automation execution on 7 operating systems
• Matrix build created for the different permutation and combinations of operating systems, bit size, java version and java modes
• Reduced release trail from 2 months to 3 weeks with the CI/CD creation

Achievements :

• Build cycle was brought down from 2 months to 2 weeks which reduced the overall release trail
• Using this CI-CD pipeline, product support was increased from 3 OS to 11 OS.

Cryptography upgrade

Deliverables & Responsibilities :

• Worked as developer to update self-signed certificate to use 3072 bit and SHA-256
• Upgraded TLS connections to TLS 1.3 and Strong ciphers
• Upgraded the encryption to AES 256 for all the static data
• Update IBE keys strength to 3072 and signing algorithm to ECDSA
• Hashing to be upgraded to SHA-256

Achievements :

• Provided GDPR support which prevented product from government compliance issues
• Improved security helped sales to converted lead of 2 major banks into engagement
• This resulted in revenue increase by 25%

Learning Partner Management Systems

Deliverables & Responsibilities :

• This tool is used by potential and existing training partners of Cisco to register and get approval for their affiliation with Cisco as a learning partner
• Written PL-SQL procedures and functions
• Encryption algorithm while storing the data in database
• Decryption algorithm while fetching data from database
• Written the Cron Jobs and also scheduled them using a new tool Dollar Universe
• Played a key role in implementation of Data Exchange between Vendors

Achievements :

• Cron jobs automation removed the manual task which improved the productivity by 33%
• Database encryption brought the security incidents count by 45%

LTO NEWLIB TP3

Deliverables & Responsibilities :

• Implemented independent modules of Probe Library, Mass Production TP’s in C++
• Did Requirement analysis for different cartridge and Storage Libraries
• Development in C for communication between server and client using Secure Socket Programming and getting response from server for request sent by client
• Development in C involved creating and controlling shared memory across various processes, use of data structures, firing SCSI commands like inquiry, mode sense etc on SCSI device
• Development involved firing SCSI commands like inquiry, mode sense, mode select, test unit ready etc, on SCSI devices, reading device responses, identifying SCSI devices, XML parsing, shell scripting and use of data structures
