Testing/Inspection
• Perform dimensional checks (ID, OD linear shrink, recovered ID) for heat shrink products (pieces, reels,
sticks)
• Perform tensile strength / elongation and other standard tests for Quality, Production, Process Engineering
and Technology (e.g. surface roughness, moisture content and electrical tests including surface resistivity).
• Ensure products meet requirements by comparing test results with product / process specifications. Perform
dock audits.
• Perform grafting and melt index tests
• Receive, analyze and enter data for product returns/complaints.
• Perform incoming inspection as required
• Assist in investigation of NCRs and customer complaints
Documentation
• Generate NCRs in database, close NCRs, monitor QC hold area
• Generate product certificates (e.g. CoA, CoC)
• Enter test / inspection data in test database
• Review quality test and inspection work instructions and recommend improvement/changes
• Issue quality alerts
• Distribute controlled documents (e.g. procedures, work instructions, control plans, FMEAs)
• Assist in generating PPAP documentation if and when required
Quality Audits
• Conduct process / product audits
• Review incoming material certificates
• Assist in measuring & test equipment calibration program if and when required

HSE
• Work safely according to established procedures and standards including wearing required PPEs

• Assist in HSE documentation (e.g. hazardous waste manifests)
