- Create reports and charts to summarize sales data from exhibitions and fairs.
- Monitor price charts and update inventory to ensure all existing and incoming artworks are priced correctly.
- Draft and track invoices with direction from the Finance & Logistics Manager.
- Research auction comps and compile price history analysis as requested.
- Assist with exhibition production cost tracking and quarterly production reconciliation.
- General administration and reception such as greeting clients and guests, maintaining front-of-house appearances, and filing/organizing documents.
- Record all bookstore sales in QuickBooks.
- Support logistics team by organizing documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
