The current Smart by GEP™ on demand application does not have a user update / management eForm. Based on the feedback and request from business users we have working on a user management power apps tool which will interface to SMART by GEP to update and manage users using API.

• Meet with business users for requirement gathering.
• Implement requested changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate with power apps developers to translate requirements to capability of power apps.
• Drive demo with clients to showcase requested changes.
  

The Ariba procurement platform is being replaced with a cloud-based, digital solution Smart by GEP™. GEP is a global provider of procurement and supply chain technology for many Fortune 500 companies.

• Provide analysis and resolution of the issues reported from business users.
• Assist business users with training and understanding of the new procurement tool.
• Set up personas and map activities to them.
• Assist users with the out of the box reports and in creating new reports in the analysis module.
• Act as a liaison between clients and SMART by GEP customer support team by analyzing the user issue and working with the GEP team for backend changes.
• Sync user and master data in SMART by GEP SIT and UIT with Production.
  

• This project is for the maintenance and support of Ariba 8.2 and consecutively 9r1, which was released to enhance security protocols to be compliant with the latest technologies and position for quicker OnDemand migration.

• Develop an in-house timesheet and leave management application
• Requirement gathering, testing and drive the demo to the leadership team.
