• Researched and designed a Collapsing Portable Tool Trolley on SolidWorks and drafted 2D drawings on AutoCAD.
• Documented a factory layout for production of the trolley within the provided budget limit.

Drill Jig Design - Modelled and drafted drawing for a concentric six-hole drill jig.

• Apply the knowledge and skills acquired through the Jigs and Fixture course to model and draft a drill jig.
• Researched types of jigs that would be best suited for the given task.
• Modelled a Sandwich jig employing the 3-2-1 methodology and using parts from Carr Lane for maximum tolerance control and repeatability, and used AutoCAD to draft the shop floor drawings for individual parts of the jig, focusing on CNC machining and employing GD & T symbols.
