• Give bed bath to very ill patients and prevention of pressure sores by treating pressure areas
• Maintain patients personal hygiene

• Medical Ward: 50 bed capacity serving averagely 15 patients on a shift
• Surgical Ward: 50 bed capacity serving averagely 15 patients on a shift
• Maternity Ward: 60 bed capacity serving averagely 20 patients on a shift

• Supported patients with social and physical activities as well as basics such aseating,drinking,showering and using the toilet
• Dressed residents wound observing the Aseptic Non Touch Techniques
• Monitored Patients conditions by taking their temperature, pulse, respiration and weight,and accurately record their medical information to provide continue best possible care
• Administered medications via oral, IV, and intramuscular injections and monitored responses.
• Reviewing Residents Care plans
• Advocated for and strived to protect health, safety, and rights of patient.
• Updated patient charts with data such as medications to keep records current and support accurate treatments.
• Assisted mothers with breastfeeding, self-care and postpartum healthcare.
