Accomplished Family Medicine Physician with a proven track record at Northfield family health for the past 20 years, caring for a stable patient load of approximately 2100 patients, full age spectrum from new born care all the way to geriatric and palliative care. Striving to enhance patient wellness through regular preventive care screenings and vaccinations as well as acute care mx and longitudinally treating chronic illness. Adept at decision-making and engaging patients in their management plan while presenting a dependable, professional and engaging demeanor. My patient population includes transgender persons, patients with schizophrenia, patients with BAD , Patients whose first language is not English and patients with physical handicaps and patients from the impoverished sector. Referrals and liaising with other health care providers part of the daily routine to provide holistic approach to patient care.
