  • Purchasing: responsible for entire building equipment, furniture, smallwares and inventory/stock ordering, receiving and set up in-venue pre-open
  • Administrative: responsible for coordinating and achieving approval for Business License, Health Permit, and Liquor License (all passed first round); focus in setting up all programs, processes and systems in house for effective daily operations
  • COVID-19 preparedness: responsible for drafting Ops Comms for entire company circuit on new standard processes incorporating enhanced cleaning measures and safety precautions.
