  • Reconciled all facility usage agreements with invoicing and managed a comprehensive rentals process and subsequent filing system to track inquiries, rentals, and various needs, such as audio/visual, catering, etc
  • Collaborated with the bookkeeping/accounting department to ensure documentation supported the accounts receivable follow-up
  • Facilitated historical workshops and tours with schools, governments and other agencies who visited the Friendship Center
