Provide casual coverage in pediatric inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering one-on-one and group treatment interventions. See position below for key roles and responsibilities.

Caseload predominately compromised of roles in PCAT (Preschool Comprehensive Assessment Team); and SROP (Specialized Rehabilitation Outpatient Program).

Role on PCAT team:

• Worked with a multidisciplinary team to assess and support children with complex developmental and social-emotional needs, including Autism, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, ODD, and Communication Disorders.
• Implemented classroom interventions and behavior management strategies focused on positive reinforcement.
• Led fine motor, gross motor, and social skills groups to enhance developmental growth.
• Provided feedback and observations to the team on diagnostic assessments, behavior, and progress.
• Conducted school and home visits to support teachers and parents with tailored strategies and child screenings.
• Participated in team meetings and family conferences to coordinate care and intervention plans.

Role on SROP team:

• Provided one-on-one and group treatment interventions for children (0-16) in pediatric inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Applied diverse therapies to support developmental and motor delays.
• Designed and implemented interventions aligned with therapists' treatment goals.
• Engaged families in their child's treatment process.
• Documented sessions and tracked client progress.
• Assisted therapists with formal and informal assessments.

• Completed a project-based practicum to enhance GRIT's Parent-to-Parent Peer Support Group.
• Researched and developed a systematic, evidence-based family connection program.
• Promoted inclusion and family-centered approaches in disability support.
• Collaborated with professionals, families, and peers to empower parents as advocates while fostering mutual support.
