With a strong focus on developing and refining skills, I co-founded South West Customs and successfully introduced trim rings and expanded offerings to include the T/A hood program and other projects. Throughout my tenure, I oversaw the seamless processing and shipment of tens of thousands of T/A hoods for Mopar, without any warranty issues. Additionally, I managed the production of over 50,000 trim rings, more than 160 M17 complete prep and paint projects, and thousands of scoops. To ensure smooth operations, I efficiently handled all supply orders for various programs and effectively organized and scheduled overtime as well as a second shift when necessary. Collaborating with local and US suppliers, I established strong logistics systems to streamline operations. Creating a positive and enjoyable work environment was a priority, with a focus on upholding safety. As part of my responsibilities, I successfully hired and trained dedicated teams for each program, including Trim Rings, Mopar 17 show car program, T/A hoods, and Scoops. Notably, all programs were executed flawlessly with no warranty issues. Through dedication and expertise, I earned the trust and respect of both Mopar Engineers and Tier One suppliers.
