  • Contact Dr's offices and outside clinics to request medical records
  • Obtain new outside providers' NPIs to add into our EMR system.
  • Update deleted referrals into the Excel spreadsheet.
  • Document parents or guardians who do not answer in the system for legal purposes.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for Spanish speakers.
  • Thorough daily checks on next-day appointments on insurance coverage.
