• Project (CISCO Revenue cloud): As part of our Quality Assurance and Release QA team, we are responsible for functional and automation testing of software, ensuring customer success with every release. Coordinated cross-functional teams during release cycles to ensure timely completion of tasks within established deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Study and understand user stories of the sprint and working agile methodologies, Also created testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk
• Test Case Creation, Execution in Qtest, Also user Story & Defect reporting, tracking in JIRA, using postman for API
• Interacting with development teams for debugging , Also participating in Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retrospection, One- on-One, Weekly, Monthly, Meetings
• Perform Manual, Automation, Exploratory, Regression, E2E testing(in PX/Experience Cloud & Salesforce) on salesforce CPQ platform
• Having experiences in different object in salesforce like: Account, Contact, Opportunity, product, quote, setup, cases, customer portal, campaign, lead, order, reports etc.
• Having experience in working with the Workbench API tool and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
• Prioritized and organized tasks to efficiently accomplish service goals.
• Collaborated with cross-functional team to define features and build powerful and easy-to-use products and customer-facing workflow tools.

Project (Rapid7 (Cybersecurity & Compliance Solutions & Services)): As part of our Quality Assurance and Release QA Engineering team, we are responsible for functional and automation testing of software, ensuring customer success with every release.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the design, plan, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive test coverage for Salesforce (Experience Cloud, including Lightning and Netsuite platform)
• Test Case Creation, Execution in TestRail , Also user Story & Defect reporting, tracking in jira, using Postman/Workbanch for API Testing.
• Perform Manual, Automation, Exploratory, Regression, E2E (in NetSuite & Salesforce) testing on salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Service cloud platfrom.
• Interacting with development teams for debugging , Also participating in Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retrospection, One- on-One, Weekly, Monthly, Meetings
• Having experience in writing E2E test scenarios for complex use cases/business requirements, involving multiple data sources and system interfaces.
• Having experience in test automation tools/frameworks like; Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
• Performed integration testing between different components of an application prior to release.
• Coordinated with project managers to meet development timelines and plan testing.
• Documented technical specifications and project testing methods for future reference.
• Wrote user manuals and other documentation for roll-out in customer training sessions.
