Managed teams spanning 30 developers, 8 UX developers and 9 product managers across four publishing brands. Responsible for identifying & testing products' growth opportunities using user research, building MVPs, requirement gathering, collecting feedback from the stakeholders, and incorporating Annual Opera)ng plans for the products.

• Launched a new premium product called TOI+ within a span of 6 months. This generated a new revenue stream for the company and accounted for 1% of the brand's revenue within the first three months.
• Improved quarterly revenue earned across the Web and mobile platforms by $2M (about 8%) by integrating Amazon's affiliate marketing across prime verticals and introducing AI learning into both ad targe)ng & video recommendation engines.
• Improved brand loyalty by building new API services to plug the existing news content onto intelligent home products like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Siri, selling more advertisements to the tune of $200K a month. It also added 1% Daily Active Users within three months of launch.
• Instrumental in launching a new business in the education sector by integrating various experiments already running within the organization by disparate teams and building a new revenue stream for the company.

• Joined as an investor in the company and helped them flesh out product ideas, building MVPs and market research for over 20 clients spanning multiple industries, including e-commerce, publishing, e-health, casual games and education.
