  • Led and managed the successful delivery of a new state web portal and application system for 23 college institutions. Although challenged with multiple customizations, PeopleSoft SIS integration, automated reporting, business process re-engineering, and roll out we successfully completed in nine months and delivered within budget on the original target date.
