Shawn Patterson

Global Healthcare Leader And Patient Advocate
Toronto,ON

Summary

Over the last 17 years, I have supported pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on their journey to create family-centred communication and education programs to ignite change toward improved health for all. The success of these programs hinged on a commitment to actively listen and do something with what we heard. The insights defined the right strategy, inspired the team, and delivered value to all key stakeholders. As a leader in healthcare communications, I have had the privilege of connecting with real people on a one-to-one basis to understand their care journey. Their candidness and resilience have been a great source of inspiration for me. I am driven by a passion to make a difference and provide healthcare education and programs that are accessible to all.
