Responsible for hours reports. inventory, cashouts, hiring, scheduling both staff and talent. Created theme and event nights. Opened our second location in Victoria B.C. Keeping operations consistent with the Kelowna location.

Responsible for managing FOH and assuming full restaurant responsibilities such as purchasing, scheduling, hiring, and inventory.

Overseen 7 restaurants and collaborated with each onsite reservation manager. Setting up and successfully coordinated private events in excess of 100+ guests.

Worked closely with CEO to ensure all VIP events were executed smoothly.
