The act of being in nature whether its during winter or summer activities reduces stress and maintain a life with close friends and family. Running a business has its challenges. Having a business can be very rewarding, yet demanding and takes sacrifice, time and effort. The energy I spend running a business can be exhausting. These activities allow me to find balance between work and social time.
