SHAVICKIE WILLIAMS

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care and have over six years of experience supporting children and youth with diverse needs, including autism and developmental disabilities. My background includes behaviour intervention, school-based consultation, and clinical practicum work in youth mental health and reproductive health services. I currently work as a Junior Behaviour Consultant and contracted Behaviour Support Worker in several Catholic schools, where I provide 1:1 student support, train educational assistants, and consult during IEP meetings. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
