* Maintaining, monitoring, tracking and updating the student information system
* Receiving, distributing, shipping incoming and outgoing mail
* Preparing general and confidential correspondence and reports, such as attendance and proof of schooling letters, newsletters
* Assisting with emergency situations, such as effective and urgent communication with emergency personnel, parents/guardians, students, staff, and processing student and/or staff accident reports in the OSBIE system
* Greeting families and the school community, addressing inquiries, fielding questions, and providing assistance
