I am a dedicated, passionate, and detail-oriented administrative assistant, having accumulated over 10 years of experience at HWDSB in a school setting. I enjoy being able to support school leaders, educators, students, staff, and their families. Being the front lines of communication and knowing that I can make any interaction a positive one is an opportunity I truly value.

Field Experience

* Maintaining, monitoring, tracking and updating the student information system

* Receiving, distributing, shipping incoming and outgoing mail

* Preparing general and confidential correspondence and reports, such as attendance and proof of schooling letters, newsletters

* Assisting with emergency situations, such as effective and urgent communication with emergency personnel, parents/guardians, students, staff, and processing student and/or staff accident reports in the OSBIE system

* Greeting families and the school community, addressing inquiries, fielding questions, and providing assistance
