  • Cloud ERP Transformation Risk Advisor: For a large integrated oil and gas client, led the planning and execution of strategic risk assessments and quarterly health checks for a $125+ million cloud ERP transformation program, helping in proactively identifying and mitigating key program and technology risks that enhanced the client’s capability to effectively close key gaps and ensure successful deployment and benefits realization of the new solution.
