In 2015, I worked part-time at the Running Room as a running coach for the Learn to Run clinic. This role provided a valuable opportunity for me to recover from a herniated disc injury while contributing to a rewarding experience. As a coach, I guided new runners through the fundamentals of running, helping them transition from walking to completing a 5K without stopping.
