- Provided comprehensive midwifery care at a level 2 hospital, including managing epidural analgesia, leading oxytocin induction and augmentation with full privileges

- Developed skills in conducting home visits, conducting many home visits independently by CII and Clerkship
- Developed competency attending labours as the second midwife independently in CCI and Clerkship
