• My role involved working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, and cargo containers, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of packages.
• I also managed end-of-night packaging for vehicles, contributing to the smooth operation of nightly logistics.

• At The Brick, furniture store, my role involved loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the timely receipt and distribution of products.
• I was responsible for picking and putting away various product types while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of inventory, including stock locations, model numbers, manufacturer specifications, and handling instructions.
• Additionally, I verified and ensured inventory accuracy, generated reports for inventory control, and built furniture pieces sold on the sales floor, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for customers.

• During my summer job as a picker and packer at Precision Record Pressing in Burlington, Ontario, I was responsible for inspecting, weighing, and packaging various products.
• My duties involved working at different production stations as needed, carefully sleeving types of vinyl into their respective packages.
• I ensured that product orders were packed and handled with care while accurately filling out forms to record measurements, weights, and product counts.
• This role required attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in the production process.

• In my remote tech sales position during COVID, I was part of a company transition that moved employees, including myself, from AT&T to Cox Communications as part of a new deal.
• My role involved establishing the technical needs of customers and recommending suitable products.
• I effectively communicated complex technical information in an easily understandable manner, ensuring customers grasped their options.
• I followed up with clients to resolve any issues, helped make payments for customers, assisted them in looking up repayments towards their accounts, and facilitated sales on services the company provided.

• In my collections role with Sitel & AT&T during COVID, I was responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with various needs, including equipment purchases, data entry, billing inquiries, upgrades, and basic technical assistance.
• This position required me to maintain a calm demeanor when handling irritated customers, ensuring I addressed their concerns effectively.
• I aimed to meet customer needs by making reasonable procedure exceptions for unusual requests when necessary.
• Additionally, I collaborated with upper management to implement changes that improved customer satisfaction, focusing on providing accurate and appropriate information based on customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience for each caller.
