Production Scheduling: Scheduled and organized bakery production in alignment with guidelines from the central planning team, ensuring timely and efficient output.
Material Management: Ordered and replenished materials based on sales requirements, maintaining optimal inventory levels and preventing shortages or overstock situations.
Cycle Counts: Conducted cycle counts of all raw materials and packaging items at least once per period, achieving an inventory accuracy rate of 98%+.
Inventory Accuracy: Improved and maintained inventory accuracy for Finished Goods (FG), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), Raw Materials (RM), and Packaging Materials (PM).
Expiration and Delisting Monitoring: Monitored materials nearing expiration or those being delisted, and collaborated with the central planning team to execute effective "Run Out" plans.
Continuous Improvement Support: Provided visibility to the Supply Planning Continuous Improvement (CI) team regarding Production Process Waste (PPW) generated at the bakery.
Accurate Reporting: Ensured accurate reporting of mix numbers and production, working closely with the production team and escalating significant discrepancies to the bakery manager.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertook other tasks as required to support the bakery's operational needs.
Met or exceeded daily production targets consistently through efficient task execution and effective time management skills.
