- Responsible for arriving on time at 6:30 a.m. 7 days per week
- Worked long hours (Up to 10 hours per day)
- Responsible for working fast while retaining quality
- Removed tassels by hand from tops of corn plants to prevent self-pollination.
- Worked in harsh weather conditions in direct sunlight in temperatures averaging 30+ Celsius.
- Tracked male and female row planting to detassel correct plants.
