As a Registered Nurse in Correctional facility - has been an exceptional employee who easily works well with staff from all departments. Sincere care for patients and staff has genuinely improved .


As a Charge Nurse in  Correctional Treatment Center- a very hardworking as i juggle the units activities for the shift. Consistently support teamwork approach in Mental Health Crisis Bed as well medical and mental health  staff. Communicate Vital information to the treatment team to ensure consistent care and therapeutic interventions are provided. 


Taking the lead to provide patient care coordination with custody and medical for admission and discharges, ensured smooth transition occurs. overall , positive supports leads to improved collaboration.
