Beveler- Square ended pipe to customer specs

Erw mill operator-Welded small diameter pipe.Adjusted heat,speed,water and airlines to ensure good quality.Changed out forming and sizing rolls and adjusted for the next pipe size.Splice welded coils together(mig).Made adjustments for id & od weld trim.Operated crane to load coils.

Double Jointing welder- Fitted pipe together with a clamping machine to maintain a tight gap to weld with acceptable offset.Submerged Arc welded the pipe together.Inspected weld and ground out defects.Changed over equipment for various pipe sizes.Operated a forklift.Did this job for 22 years.

Material handler- Strapped down pipe on rail cars with banding.Guided pipe loaders to load semis.Planked the pipe and made sure the load was centered on the semis.Used a scissor lift to plank pipe on rail cars.

Yard inspector-Tallied pipe and ensured that trucks or rail cars wouldn't be over the weight limit.Marked and inspected pipe to ensure the correct product was shipped.

Lab operator- Flattened pipe in press to prepare samples.Cut out samples with a robotic plasma.Prepared and labeled samples for the testers according to customer specifications.Operated CnC machine to prepare samples.Operated forklift.

Reading blueprints to assemble different machines.

Operated overhead cranes and forklifts.

Installed hydraulic cylinders and hoses.

Practiced good house keeping.

Operated various power tools.
