• Develop the solution based on the analysis and consult with the client for the Design and Implementation of Infrastructure components using Software Defined Networking technologies ACI, Nexus, SD-WAN, F5, and Microsoft Azure.

• Develop and Build a Disaster Recovery data center for customers with the Centralized SDN hybrid cloud infrastructure.

• Migrate workloads from Nexus to Cisco ACI Fabric. Build, test configurations and deploy.

• Periodically review and perform a software upgrade on various network equipment to fix vulnerabilities and bugs, and hardware refresh for outdated network systems.

• Attend Technical design review meetings with multiple vendors like Cisco, Microsoft & Palo Alto and F5.

• Develops and report operational metrics to provide capacity planning and ensure hardware, circuits, and licenses are ordered and installed to meet growth requirements.

• Design, Install and Migrate workloads from Cisco ACE to F5 LTM in the cluster environment across the Data centers.

• Configured Cisco Umbrella Secure Internet Gateway cloud-based proxy solution for users trying to access the internet from the Corp network.

• Responsible for the Infrastructure services of merger/acquisition based on the client's needs.

• Installation of Riverbed (Steelhead CX) devices for the WAN optimization which includes outlook, and SSL traffic and managed it for packet-level monitoring on the MPLS Path.

• Design and implementation of New Remote sites which includes the capacity review, circuit provisions, and Network build.

• Wireless refresh to migrate the wireless service from Aruba to Cisco/Cisco to Meraki.

• Did a Core-refresh of the existing network which includes adding redundant connections, and replacing EOL products with newer ones, Closets and Core configurations.

• Implements and supports firewall solutions for customers on Cisco Firepower and ASA.

• Troubleshooting and Configuring various Routing protocols like OTV, LISP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and Switching protocols like STP, VLAN, VTP, VPC etc.

• Understand the Client's business processes; review known Chronic Issues in the Client's IT Environment and investigate the same to perform Root Cause Analysis and provide a permanent fix for the same.

• Manage the enterprise network infrastructure which includes multi-vendor products like Cisco, F5, Palo Alto SDWAN, Riverbed, Citrix NetScaler and Aruba.

• Create and Test Disaster recovery failover scenarios periodically to ensure application redundancy for

Software Defined Networking and Cloud Infrastructure.

• Design, install and configure F5 BIG-IP LTM & GTM.

• Involved in traffic shaping & routing load balance across the MPLS links for remote OPCOs

• Good understanding and experience in Wireless technologies with exposure to Cisco Flex Controller, WLC and Prime.

• Configured IP routing in Cisco routers (2911 and 2811) including static and dynamic Routing EIGRP and BGP.

• Configured Cisco switches 3750 and 3560 with inter VLAN communications and Vlans, Trunks, Ether

channels, STP and HSRP.

• Design the infrastructure to accommodate the HIGH-LOW trust needs of the business with appropriate

segmentation architecture leveraging Forcepoint Network Security products as appropriate.

• Facilitate design, implementation and troubleshooting for host and network-based IDS/IPS systems including SNORT.

• Configuration and Maintenance of Motorola Access Points and Controllers.

• Monitoring and managing network resources using Solarwinds Orion NPM monitoring tool and other tools like KDS Monitoring, BT diamond and Putty.

• Ticket creation and follow-ups by using the Service Now ticketing tool.

• Set up NCM to maintain Cisco routers, switch configurations, and IOS images.

• Coordinate with ISPs like AT&T, Verizon, iPass, Century Link and local Telco.

• Identify and resolve high-level network issues including complex routing issues in a mixed protocol environment.

• Monitor and track network performance to determine problem areas and proactively develop solutions.

• Create and update network drawings, standards, and procedures.
